How does Blapers pricing work?
Your Blapers cost combines a base subscription with usage-based message charges. The subscription gives you access to the platform, while message usage scales with your activity.
How do Meta charges work?
Starting October 1, Meta charges for outgoing messages separately from Blapers. These charges are billed directly through your Meta Business Manager platform.
What if the AI says something wrong?
You configure exactly when the agent should hand off to a human. Your team can also take over any conversation at any time. When the human is done, AI resumes.
Does it work with the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes, you keep using your WABA app normally. Blapers connects to Meta's WhatsApp Business API in the background. All messages and conversations synchronize through official Meta APIs.
